Before the needle ever touches leather, the hide and thread are chosen. Contrast or harmony, subtle or expressive.

Crafted entirely by hand.
Inch by inch, an artisan's hands work each stitch, pulling it taut to hold a consistent tension, proportion and rhythm from beginning to end.

Color, crafted by hand.
Layer upon layer, color is worked into the leather by hand, building depth, contrast and character that a uniform finish cannot replicate.
Each patina is individually created by hand.
Colored. Aged. Refined.
Pigment builds depth into the grain, followed by hand-applied dye to shape highlight and shadow. Color is then selectively removed, revealing the natural variation of a true patina, before the final tone is detailed and protected by hand.
